The Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors’ Association of Australia (AMCA) is an organisation of air conditioning and mechanical services companies who have come together to represent and promote the industry along with the well being of the companies. Since its inception in the early 1960’s, AMCA’s objectives have been to promote and protect the interests and welfare of the air conditioning and mechanical services industry, its members, and the public they serve.

The National Fire Industry Association (NFIA) was first registered in 1926 and has been speaking for its members on all issues of concern since that time. NFIA Victoria members are contractors operating in the broad framework that is fire protection and are supported in their commercial and industrial activities by NFIA policies, activities and services. NFIA is industrially registered and acts for the fire Protection industry with a view to improving the condition of Industry and to deliver an environment to members which is conducive to the operation of efficient and effective industry. NFIA Victoria plays a prime role in the development of competency and technical standards for the fire protection industry as the building of skill and our people is of critical importance for the industry today and for the future. Working together NFIA is providing a platform on which is being built the future of our industry.

CEPUTEC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 4612) and commenced operation in June 1997 with an aim of to provide flexible learning and assessment opportunities to the plumbing industry. Since commencement CEPUTEC has grown considerably and can now offer a wide range of courses, including: Short Courses, Long Courses, New Technologies Training, Plumbing Trades & Generalist courses. These are delivered at the Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC).
