Overview
Two day program that trains participants on the critical elements of initial response to an emergency in a range of settings. This is a practical, hands on course.

Course outcomes
The participant must show evidence of the ability to complete tasks outlined in elements and performance criteria of this unit manage tasks and manage contingencies in the context of the job role.

Delivery arrangements
All material required is provided by the trainer (CEPUTEC)
Assessment arrangements
Perform CPR on an Adult and Infant Manikin for 4 minutes uninterrupted
Participate in a number of first aid scenarios and some involving the use of an AED
Complete a casualty report
Complete a theory assessment
Category A: $0*
Training participant is a fully financial PPTEU member. May be registered in training course by self or employer.
Category B: $187
Training participant is a Master Plumbers, AMCA or NFIA Association member.
Category C: $250
Training participant is not a member of PPTEU, Master Plumbers, AMCA or NFIA.
